Worcester
Worcester is a busy commercial centre and thrives due to this. It also has plenty for the tourist, with its dotted medieval buildings, with lots of half-timbered houses. There is also of interesting shops, including many specialist shops which is sadly a dying trend in most cities. Worcester Cathedral is a Saxon monastery which overlooks the river and holds the tombs of Prince Arthur and King John. There is a multitude of museums to visit but the best experience has to be just ambling around this wonderful city.
