North East

The North East of England lies between the Midlands and Scotland and comprises Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Durham and North Yorkshire. The North East is noted for its coastline, natural beauty which includes part of the Pennines. Hadrian's Wall and Durham Cathedral are well known World Heritage sites.
