Leeds

The Yorkshire city of Leeds has transformed itself in the space of a decade from fairly dour industrial northern conurbation to a cosmopolitan, open minded and carefree city. Its opulent if grimy past is evidenced in such buildings as its magnificent Town Hall and the immense Corn Exchange, now occupied by a number of classy and unusual shops. Leeds supports a lively culture enhanced by its multicultural community and large student population. The city offers numerous unique pubs and bars, thriving live music and clubbing scenes and a wealth of quality places to eat. It’s a great night out.
