Newbury
Newbury is a thriving, fast passed town, known for its high street shopping, there’s plenty more on offer. It has some wonderful older buildings amongst the high street and some lovely old parts including its attractive canal, which boat trips occasionally run along. However it is famed for its solution to congestion in its town centre by the creation of its notorious bypass. The town also has an excellent race course and easy access to Donnington Castle.
